Fruit at the Window #7

by Elliott Zuckerman

Now through April 28, 2024 at 12:30 PM ET, Touchstones is running a special raffle in celebration of our 40th anniversary! This original work by Elliott Zuckerman was painted in 1998. It is an oil on canvas painting with charcoal line measuring 24″x36″ and is offered unframed. Shipping costs are assumed by the winner, though Touchstones staff will do our best to provide personal delivery to addresses within driving distance of our offices.

Each ticket is $25, with a special offer of 5 tickets for $100. There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase. All proceeds allow Touchstones to provide teachers with free or reduced access to our training and classroom curriculum when they have little or no funding. The winning ticket number will be announced live at our 40th anniversary celebration and through social media and email the following day.

ABOUT THE ARTIST The Touchstones® Discussion Project celebrates the life and work of Dr. Elliott Zuckerman. Elliott was a painter, pianist, poet, scholar, and tutor at St. John’s College. He was also a long-time friend to Touchstones. When he passed away in 2019, he left 180+ of his original paintings to Touchstones. It was his wish that we sell his work to support our mission in education: to foster critical thinking and collaborative leadership among learners of all ages and backgrounds through inclusive discussion-based programs.
