This 9-meeting discussion program offers veterans from different branches, eras, and service paths to enter into collaborative dialog about their diverse experiences. Beginning with the call to service and coming full circle to the journey back to civilian life, all members of the group enter discussions on the unique skills and benefits that military service affords the individual and society. Through shared reflections, individuals chart individual paths of development while also building an authentically connected community of learners. This program is designed to tap and refine active listening, critical thinking, and shared leadership.
